SHIPPING INFORMATION

When Will I Receive My Package?

Our standard shipping time is 8 - 12 business days from the date your item is shipped out.

Due to high demand, our average processing times are 1 - 3 days, but this can take up to 7 business days.

How Can I Track My Order?

A shipping confirmation will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been shipped, providing you with tracking information.

You can also track your order on our website. Simply visit the footer of our website for tracking options.

How Do I Know If My Package Has Shipped and Is on Its Way?

Upon placing your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation email. Once your order is processed and ready to leave our distribution center, you'll receive another email with shipping information. Please note that the shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier has picked up your package from our distribution center. Please use the appropriate carrier tracking features to determine when your package is in transit.

Please allow 24 - 48 hours from the time of placing your order for its status to update.

Why Didn't I Receive an Order Confirmation/Shipping Confirmation Email?

After placing your order, we always send an order confirmation email to the provided email address. Similarly, after shipping your order, we send a shipping confirmation email. Please remember to check your spam/junk folder for these emails.

My Tracking Info Shows My Package Was Delivered, But I Never Received It

If the tracking information indicates delivery, but you have not received your items, please check around your neighborhood in case another home received them by mistake. If you still can't locate your package, contact the shipping carrier to discuss the issue and file a claim with them. While we'll assist you, please note that we do not hold responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

Why Isn't My Tracking Info Updating, Is There Something Wrong?

It's normal for tracking information to lag behind the true status of your package. If it hasn't updated in over 2 weeks, please contact support for assistance.

Yes, we proudly serve customers worldwide! The default pricing on our site is in USD, and the conversion rate depends on your issuing credit card company. Delivery times vary, and customs delays may occur. We're not responsible for customs fees or taxes.
